Also same issue, I thought at first if I clear my internet cookies and log back in that this might fix the issue but its obviously got something to do with the server as just about all the apartments at the moment are unwatchable as a result.
Update - I have raised a ticket for it.

Yeah, today it is like late 90`s, early 2000, when starting to watch something online. You would let it buffer and load before hitting play

I thought it was my browser, that was playing up. As one minute it would show the apartment. and the next the waiting circle would appear.
