Anyone else having this issue almost every apartment for me the picture freezes in places and skips/jumps for the past few days now and it’s driving me crazy Im paying almost £40 for unusable service.

Live and replay is jumping and buffering for me.
Feels like it been like that since after new year maybe.
Time to delete some cookies and temp files on servers to clear some backlogs… ?

This happens every day lately……. Is it a known issue to them, or are they just hoping it’ll fix itself without spending on upgrades?!
NB. I know how expensive it is to run a streaming service.

Yeah they need to fix it somehow some apartments are unwatchable and as i said above this is not a cheap service to pay for each month when its not even working properly.
I was constantly getting the spinning wheel of doom, and lag when selecting a room or apartment. It is at it’s worst using Chrome, I swapped to Firefox and the problem was reduced a fair bit, you still get a bit of buffering but no freezing when moving from room/apartment to room/apartment. I think it is an obvious pointer that their IP providers are having issues, and Chrome isn’t a fan of their Webpages, and have been for over a month now. I have raised a ticket and was ignored

I raised a ticket about Edge not working and they told me to use Chrome 
- That makes no sense.

Using firefox now.
Tried Chrome and Opera. Did even at some point Microsoft Edge.
For me, Firefox and Opera work better then Chrome. But Opera dont have the same support for “picture-in-Picture” mode as Firefox.
Have a few more months left of my annual subscription, but at this rate. I dont think I would renew it right away
Even though it bothers me I just deal with it and post the pics I want it takes me a few tries either it’s smooth or not smooth 
whenever I have a sub and I enjoy my days 
I always have fun on this site 
I take comfort in knowing it’s not only me lol. It’s very frustrating though jumping/skipping/freezing!!!

C’est sûrement un problème de flux serveur pour moi c’est assez récent ce niveau de l’AG avec le rond qui tourne depuis 2 jours c’est comme si tu regarde une vidéo qui a du mal a charger j’ai testé en wifi 5G c’est pareil sur tous les appartement
J’ai changé de serveur DNS ça fonctionne bien mieux j’ai mis 8.26.56.26 comme serveur DNS
I guess they don’t give a hoot, but if it continues, I’m cancelling after my next month.
