Just to clarify: we haven’t able to reproduce this issue on our side, and so far we have not received any video proof from anyone though kindly requested in tickets.
If anyone is experiencing it and can record a short screen capture showing the problem via VHTV helpdesk, we would really appreciate it. That would help us investigate and resolve it much faster🙏🏼

If any of you guys are watching our streams in LOW QUALITY via Chrome, we kindly suggest trying Firefox for now.
While trying to reproduce the issue on our side we noticed additional freezes in Chromium-based browsers as well. We will continue investigating this meanwhile.
Shifted from Chrome a while back, as I notice it had the worst performance on the site.

I’ve switched from Chrome to Edge as well and don’t notice any problems.

I was able to make videos of all 3 timeline problems:
I will upload them tonight as today I am in office and busy.
The stopping and black screen every time you scroll past the timeline is a nightmare now.
@kaya here are my three videos showing all three timeline problems (Tested with newest Version of Google Chrome (145.0.7632.111)
After watching the timeline for about two minutes and changing the camera there is a big jump forward in time:
Pausing and resuming playback does not resume at the time where the video was paused but adds the time the playback was paused which also causes a jump in time:
Notice that also the audio deactivates itself which is also a bug
Sometimes (It can happen in all apartments) when navigating the timeline the playback pauses and you have to press the “Play” button again to resume it:
I only have 3 days left until I need to pay for next months and I’m going to cancel it for sometime until they fixed the servers and add some new apartments as I am a bit bored of the current ones.
