I don’t know if this is logical, or even appropriate, but would there be some way VHTV could ask participants to use a body cam when they go out of their apartment? Maybe not everywhere they go, but when they go clubbing or somewhere with other participants? It would be interesting to get a glimpse of their lifestyle outside the apartments, especially if they are involved in outside sexual activities. I don’t know how practical this would be, considering there are laws in all countries regarding people being recorded or videotaped without their knowledge, but I just thought I’d bring it up.

Interesting idea, but humans are complicated and difficult people. While there may or may not be laws against that, if it became popular, someone would create a law or a problem … Because that is what humans do…complicate things.
Many places have live streaming cams in cities, but to have it follow one person is like The Truman Show. Sounds fun, and dangerous, but conservative/prudish people would hate it.
I kind of thought that might be an issue.
I do like the cat cam idea - just about every apartment has one, and they are always curiously watching their humans having sex - might make for some interesting angles for the videos!

I think a lightweight cam should not be a problem for a cat. And they should not wear it all the time of course.

Not a big fan of this; for one as the guy said, determining when to require consent (not required for public spaces, although maybe this is different per country too), or even blurring faces reliably without huge human hours costs is hard, too. It also adds a lot more zero content video that the forum dwellers will likely just complain about without adding much value. Let’s keep body cams for the cops and uber drivers.

IMO I don’t think it is a good idea as I see another big issue with filming outside or in nightclubs and that is some people could then use the footage to try and locate where the participants are and then either extort money from them or even cause harm.

Actually, get rid of all apartment cams. Instead all apartments must have the same number of catcams as rooms. You only ever see footage via the cat’s view.
Highy likely, you have never been to Russia. Otherwise, you would know that mobile internet there is very slow and the speed is not enough to stream from a cam.
