That’s true to some extent but RLC seems to do alright they have really nice apartments and villas with pools in many countries across Europe it seems to be financially viable for them so I can’t see why it would not be viable for VHTV
I agree with you RLC do have villa’s in Spain and I believe at least one apartment in Prague. With the financial model used I do not know enough to make a comment. It would be a huge step forward if VHTV could expand to other regions.

As this apartment has been used by several participants over the years going back to 2020. I can’t understand the rationale behind the re-location. Unless as stated by another member that Parsifal wants to leave the project. ?
Moving him to a new area where nobody knows him or his terrible reputation I would have thought.
