Do you seriously think that those who are filmed and posted online, even if they had been verbally informed about the cameras, must not waive their rights to ownership of the recordings in writing? How many compensation lawsuits would VHTV get into? Look at Gevorg as an example. All new people must show their passports and be photographed before signing. San also told, in a reply in the forum, about this. There must also be a distinction between verification of age and use of produced material! I have worked with similar things for many years. An example is that there is no distinction between “porn” and advertising. Either it can be used for free or those involved must have paid “for the job”!

It will be the other way around in that case. They will demand that VHTV fulfill their demands in writing. Payment, times, etc. And coverage of expenses!
Those who are potentially open to lawsuits are those who collect the money for VHTV. “Verotel” can’t hide. There’s a reason for socks on bottles and all the other idiotic rules. (For us as customers, those are the ones we have to deal with). I know it’s more difficult where we’re talking about but there are “devil’s advocates” there too!

Sorry you missed the point but I’ll try again. It doesn’t matter who in the system is drafting, “negotiating” with your sex workers, or the “regular” guests. It’s the managers who set the rules in all cases. They will do their best to prevent “any of us” from complaining or starting a “rebellion” against VHTV. This doesn’t change anything in the above!

and it’s not the first time something like this happened in that managers realm…
i seen the posts here ,i not sure what is going on ,i thought it was because they are seeing VHTV videos from another site,so maybe its about the copyright we dont know if they ask VHTV to post the videos ,if they never then maybe VHTV can take them to court

It was explained above by people who understand the language, that Percy lied to his guests. First, saying the cameras didn’t work at all, then that they were only used for live broadcasting. Turns out, he never told them that everything was being recorded, as well. They found that out by accident, and they were not pleased about it, to say the least.
It didn’t have anything to do with copyright issues.

That’s not correct. The guests knew about the cams. What they didn’t knew was that those videos can be found on lots of pirate sites all over the internet. So basically it had everything to do with copyright issues
