Really? New? Ever wonder how many are out there who are too afraid to comment cause they think if they say something negative or critical they’ll just get punished, shunned, laughed at, put on the spot, or humiliated? One really does have to follow the leader to belong here. It’s pretty obvious.

Yes, that’s perfectly true, there have been.
I just found it particularly noticeable here, because I was genuinely interested to keep reading people’s votes for who they they enjoy watching and (thanks to the banner notification feature the forum has - and has done for as long as I can remember), I have been able to see the returning and new names show up, before the voting comments were made.

I don’t comment here much because sometime when i express my opinion of course it’s wrong and everyone else has to be right and so i don’t even bother because i have been there and done the bulls__t back and forth arguing.

Yes, I think there are a lot of people like that. Once you get served a few times it makes one hesitate to do it again. Perfect example of how moderation stifles the possibilities for others. Moderation shouldn’t be for the content of a persons post that is directed at the site or the tenants unless it’s a threat of violence or a privacy concern. What happens here is that they are on guard to spare the sensibilities of the talent. I think it’s largely done as a means to further secure their relationships with the talent or managers. “I’m here to protect you because we’re friends”. There’s lot of knights in shining armor, who have their relationships to protect. What the moderators really should be doing is countering people’s personal attacks when it reaches a level of direct attack, for example cussing someone out or calling them names. Those are the ones that should land in the s__thole really. If I do it I can understand it and I don’t mind.
The attempt to make this forum a pristine fan club for the tenants stifles others voices and opinions. The part that gets me is that there is the difference between whether or not one can get away with it is correlated to the closeness one is to the sources of moderation and their followers. Some people are more equal than others.
