I’ve always had a soft spot for this girl, especially the way high-waisted underwear looks on her, but I’m drawing a blank, did she ever get a name? She is often with Oscar and Pearl but I don’t think she in the wiki

it doesn’t look like she got a name, they did take part on the 1st July party. Maybe you can suggest a name & hopefully someone will add them to the wiki.
