You didn’t finish the sentence, so I’m not sure what you meant, but that semicircle looked like part of the circle you get when things are buffering. It didn’t look like a piercing. Very odd place for a piercing anyway.

Think about it. What is there that you could possibly pierce behind the upper lip? You couldn’t pierce the lip itself, that would be near impossible.
