Why is this not in the archives? Only part 1 where is the other part?

You’re asking the wrong person. You need to talk to a Moments Operator, such as Kade, Shyguy, Jabba, etc.
Ideally, if you want something archived, you need to put in an archive request for it. If there’s no request for something, it may very well not get saved.
If you’re on Windows you may find that request form on the left side of your screen. If not, try the hamburger menu. And, there’s only a 48 hour window to make a request before the scene rolls off the timeline.

I saved the whole scene in two parts on the same day it happened. Not sure what has happened to part2, maybe there was some technical issues that I am not aware of.

I did made a request, I just wanted to know if there was another part of it but it seems there isn’t.
