A new decorating idea…?

Here’s a theory. With all the shifting of the furniture they have created this large open space in the living room. Maybe it’s a dance floor. As Oscar and Jolanda seem to be wasting no time, maybe they are already planning for the wedding.

I don’t know about their wedding traditions, but where I come from the bride and groom have to do the opening dance in front of everybody, then dance with the parents, parents in law, maybe siblings in law or wedding witnesses, before the dance floor is opened for everybody. All that dancing requires practice.

And if that wasn’t the idea behind this re-decorating, maybe they should take this post as an inspiration.

It looks like it’s going to be a birthday party. But your theory about the dance floor isn’t wrong. Maybe even to practice a wedding dance. It’s definitely handy to have such a big living room.
Because I’m curious to see how many guests—and which ones—will actually show up to the party tonight. And whether we’ll even need such a large space tonight.
