Die unbefugte VervielfĂ€ltigung, Verbreitung oder Nutzung der Inhalte ist strengstens untersagt. Urheberrechtsverletzer werden ausnahmslos im vollen Umfang des Gesetzes verfolgt und unterhandelt.
Aufgrund dieser GeschĂ€ftsbedingung verstöĂt praktisch jeder hier Im Forum dagegen, der einen Screenshot oder einen Videomitschnitt postet.

Wenn VHTV es drauf anlegt, werden wir alle gesperrt und wegen Verletzung des Urheberrechts verklagt.

But they also cant because they dont know there own rules. 
I donât care if iâm right or not i was told from support screen recording isnât allowed yet people can go here posting videos on the forum and itâs allowed. I just want to know why can members post videos here and you canât download or supposedly screen record from the live stream or archive.
It doesnât matter, the mob that rules this forum gets to do and say whatever they want to. Vhtv needs their services and therefore, expect it.
So if they say you can post it to this forum, it can be a authorized use of content.

But all this needs to be clarified. We are still waiting on what the rules are VHTV hasnât said anything yet.
But when someone post that screen capping you can download it for free. And thats not authorized right.
And if thats so then (Screen capping) is illigal to. but that what i think
To keep things short:
- It is totally fine to upload images, gifs and short videos here at the forum. These are the same rules which apply to authorization to post our content at CamCaps, given back then.
- There is no definition of âshortâ, but this is aimed to prohibit sharing of whole archive moments videos.
- I know this all contradicts the rules on downloading. There is no âlegalâ way to download the video content from VHTV just yet, but if your intention is to share a video capture from VHTV streams or videos, we wonât be able to detect if you do screen recording.
This brings me to the point that if your intentions are to share some interesting picks from the stream, you wonât be screen recording 24/7. That would a very very cost-inefficient pirate would do, but we would later âcease & desistâ the leakage, as soon as identified.
We may introduce changes to VHTVâs ToS to make things more clear. As for now you can only have my word that sharing some vids/gifs here is totally fine.
I always thought the rules was pretty straightforward, simple and quite idiot proof with a bit of common sense but obviously I was wrong

If thatâs what you get from it then fine but I was talking in general, the rules are simple, as in most things in life basically donât take the piss and a___e the system and everything will be fine
I donât understand why people have to try keep poking at holes on here and always wanting their hand to be held itâs becoming very tiresome
