Hi everyone, this is North

My life is changing little by little. It turned out that I have chronically elevated cortisol, which is also the cause of my excess weight in the form of edema. This news made me nervous (what an unexpected reaction). But now I’m trying to get my life in order

Some of you might have seen that I often looked tied, Ingvar and I often quarreled, and I also often cried because of this. Being overweight and having a low libido doesn’t make life better, so now I’m trying to follow the recommendations to lower my cortisol and learn how to enjoy life again (I don’t remember much about it, I’ve been living without depression for a year now, but C-PTSD still won’t let me go)

I hope this year will be more interesting, productivity and enjoyable. Thank you all, guys and girls
