No banking payment

i have a chime account its kind of online banking but verotel wont take my money does anyone know a to pay with out a bank card or btc

i have they told me they do handle the money and verotel just says cant help you
like i can go to a store and pick up a prepaid card i just dont have a bank anywhere around me

so I don’t know how to help you, I use a credit card connected to a bank… (anyway, among the users who are there, there is certainly someone who can help you)… :hugs:

Have you tried to open an on line account at all, if it is feasible for you to do that?

are you sure its virotel refusing payment and not your chime account , sometimes by going to your account settings and allowing international transactions helps .

In Chime.com:

  1. Sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account Settings and locate the section of the card you’d like to update.
  4. Tap the toggle switch next to Allow transactions or International transactions to turn them on or off.
    then try again

i did that and called them to make sure
but they said they dont even see virotel even try to make the payment
so i told virotel this and they nothing
idk why its so hard to give ppl money

havent you got a friend who as a bank account , who can pay your subscription , doesnt need to be afraid of any dodgy looking names ie porn sites etc as payment goes through a 3rd party so it will show payment going to l&m metals or some other simialar firm and you have the option to turn off repeat subscription when you sign up so your friend doesnt have to worry about repeat subscription comming out of there account every month etc is there a reason why you cant get a bank account ?

i am 51 and disabled and the only bank by me is a hour drive so it was better for me to do the online this seeing how i cant just jump in the car and go to the bank

im 73 disabled and also dont drive , but i have 3 bank accounts , most /if not all of the traditional banks have online banking , thats no excuse and these days you can easily sign up for an account online for many of the high street banks

ok went to a bank got a account everything is good with card and still get Your payment transaction has been declined i just dont get it

WHERE in the world are you , ? have you got money in the account ? might seem like pointless questions but can have a baring on what your having to deal with , other than that why not contact support to see if they can help Support - Voyeur House TV :fire: (voyeur-house.tv) fill out the form

i am in illinois usa and yes account has money and i have told vh they send me to verotel and they send me to talk to my bank so i talk to them and they say they never see a charge or a decline

Have you registered with your bank for internet banking some banks require you do that

Unfortunately, as we have already said earlier, we only accept card payments via payment agent, and that’s why if there’s nothing Verotel/your bank can do, we wouldn’t be able to change anything except helping you purchase BitCoins to pay
