It’s like that, every payment user pays a sum x, which results in a sum y. Now it is checked weekly how much apartment z has in the overall views and she gets her money.
So if an apartment is very boring for 99.999% of the users or offline, they get little or no money.
Bottom line, if someone doesn’t look at the apartment, they won’t finance it either.
