Nope VHTV only pays the salary depending on views. All the rest you have to pay yourself.
Starlight house is doing the exact same thing as Nina & Kira. Online a couple of days a week only. Offline the rest of the week. I don’t like this arrangement at all. It reminds me more of a camsite, with scheduled times of streaming. Because the very thing that makes this voyeur site special, is the fact that we can follow the tenants on a day to day basis. When you remove that, the concept is hollow.
note: I am surprised that some do not know the principle of remuneration on Vh yet simple / views = money; no views = no money.
precision: the rents were never paid by VH, you confuse with RLC (if that has not changed).
N/K own their house (they repay the loan) and rent their apartment. Regarding that of Dima and Sandra, I don’t know exactly.
Question: Without getting angry, how do you track 40 apartments daily? It seems to me that 3 or 4 apartments that would not be present 100% of the time are not going to fundamentally change the concept.
If VH gains a few subscribers and it’s nice to see them live once in a while, what’s the problem, No!!

They seem to have taken on a lot of monetary responsibilties without, it would seem, not thinking through properly how they are going to pay for it all.
Surely it would make sense to just give up VHTV, live in the house and not have to pay rent on another apartment.
It just seems to be very extravagant and irresponsible to rent another apartment just tp be able to put the house on VHTV without anybody living in it and without earning anything. 
I see they are there today but they will probably stay overnight and then not be seen again for another few days.

I think they’ve had the Apartment for quite awhile , remember when pregnant Kira was all alone in the house Nina didn’t come home for days I presume she stayed in the apartment ?
So, I guess views can be interpreted as someone clicking on the realm in search of a human person but no one there or to look at the pussies (cats) and birds. What specifies a view?
A valid point like Netflix how long does someone view a realm to register as a view of the realm.

I’m only guessing here. Maybe there is no unit of “1 view”, probably the website counts the seconds, or even milliseconds you view a stream, and after VHTV takes it’s share the rest of the incoming money is split between apartments according to their percentages of all viewerseconds. That’s how I would do it.
Another question that comes up, what about the time you paused the playback? And does VHTV know if the browser tab that the stream is playing in is on top or in the background?
Sorry but Robwin comments on things he doesn’t see, he only knows because I mentioned them here (that was a mistake). How can anyone say they’re irresponsible, just watching them on VH.
