He didn’t say he was getting his information from support. Anyone can get information on participants from support. He said it was coming from a special place. The “official mouth” of VHTV!
If he was getting his information from support he should have said that. 
Arina hasn’t lived there for ages now anyway and Nikki ain’t gonna be missed for a start so may as well stay offline

Don’t worry! @Heisenberg told us ”The Official Mouth” said Nikki & Arina will be back ”soon”. It’s been over a week since he made his announcement to us. Which is great, because it means Nikki & Arina should be returning to us any day now!
