I was looking forward to seeing my fiancée Yasya after work. And then this mess. The connection keeps cutting out and some cameras aren’t working at all. Why can’t they get this apartment working properly? It’s a shame for Yasya and for us.

Cam 5 needs to be moved down a bit more
Cam 6 could be moved a little to the right and slightly lower
Cam 9 to the left and a little lower (but please don’t disturb them now

Camera 9 looks the right height but just more to the left it was pointing too far down before.
What the hell was the point of the maintenance nothing has changed.

They could try deactivating one or two cameras to see if it is a network limitation issue, and turn off all devices that use wifi or lan, just for testing purposes.
Cam 1 is perhaps the least necessary imho, then possibly cam 3 or 4.
Otherwise, they would need to have a specialist check their network, maybe only an IP addressing problem or something else. It may not even be an ISP issue.
They can check their connection and speed on their laptop I think it’s old worn out hardware that needs to be replaced and where the fuck is luis he should be working his ass off to try and fix this shit show
But disconnecting and reconnecting the cable of this blessed cam 8 to reset it, is it that complicated???

I have to be honest, I’m getting a bit tired, there are always many problems on a multitude of apartments “personal reasons-technical issues- isp connection etc.” for almost €40 per month, this is really boo👻ring me!!!

yeah i do kinda feel you on that one thats why i am going to hold off on my sub and see if shit gets worked out here i only sub for like 2 apartments and one is moving and thing one is kinda a shit show right now
