When I post here from my phone it list me as Elroy

but when I post here from my desktop/laptop… it post as NCSporty35 and both are from the same person

If I have standard subscription then why can’t I see all rooms

thats just it… on phone says im logged into the same email acct as desktop

Guess VHTV does not allow 2 items to be logged on at the same time

just figured out… I can log into forum and comment but not be logged into live stream.

Yep, you do not have to be a subscriber to write on the forum.

so when I download VHTV forum App on my phone… it shows me as standard but wont let me view all cams till I log in on live stream as standard

Ich habe ein ähnliches Phänomen mit meinem Passwort. Über Microsoft Edge komme ich mit einem anderen Passwort zu VHTV rein , als mit Mozilla Firefox… :crazy_face:

I can see that you are using 2 accounts for VHTV - free one with “" in your login and yahoo domain, and standard without "” and for “aol.com”. That may be causing the issue. We can just merge accounts on forum for your convenience.

nooo… I prefer to have ELROY merged into NCSporty35 since that is the name I have been going by since I first opened the acct on VHTV

Well that makes it a bigger hassle for everyone. Look, as kaya said, you have two accounts at VHTV (that was you who signed up those two :D), one with Standard subscription, the other with no subscription.

Before we proceed, you need to choose which account at VHTV you would like to keep. The one with current Standard sub or the one with no sub. Both have different email domains, as mentioned above.

If we merge Elroy into ncsporty, as soon as you log back into VHTV with your standard subscription account, you will re-generate a new account here at VHTV.
