Showering does not just wash away physical dirt. For many people, including me, it is a relaxing form of “washing”. Are you familiar with a refreshing feeling when after a mentally exhausting day you go to take a warm shower, even though you’ve already washed in the morning, and you come out reborn as if you’ve washed away the stress of a difficult day/week/meeting?

Sometimes I just enjoy sliding the drops down my face, standing under a warm shower, and letting the warm water run over my body. It’s a very relaxing feeling, I enjoy it. The more stress there was before, the more I like it.
In short, like a cigarette/coffee after lunch for some, or a ■■■■ after work for others, it’s the little things that make the day even better.
