I have embraced the LGBTQ community for a couple decades now, but your comment made me think for a moment.
When I dated a trans girl for the first time a few years ago, I did so because we were into each other. I never stopped to think about how I had changed in the period immediately preceding.
But after reading your post I wondered how I would have reacted in the same position a decade ago. I thought about how I look at Dani and think she had many attractive qualities. I wonder if years ago I would have let my “equipment” opinion interfere with my attraction to her. I’m happy to say I’m not superficial (or fearful) like that any longer.

Well Dani is certainly coming out of her shell since she has been here.
Initially she was very much staying in her shell but last night seemed to be a big step forward for her in getting involved with others. Will be interesting as to how much further she wants to go publicly.
