Ahhh just playing the good guy now to get back into favour 
somehow I have to agree with you. I feel the same.
Give them time they have only just moved in. They are not like most tenants as they do seem to have real feelings for each other and just want to settle in i expect. So many want everything so instant and they are human after all.

I assume they see it as an improvement or they would have just stayed where they were and Flint & Flame moved in here. It could just be as simple as they missed having a bath & wanted a place with a bath.
