In Participants forum Realm22 and 34 are realm12’s friends apartment.
12 is UTC +2 and 22,34 are UTC +3

Correct. Right now with DST all three should be UTC+3
There has to be a time line somewhere maybe they stay either side of it 
I think its whatever the time zone when the realm is established and never gets changed.
Yes I’ve seen apartments change by keeping the same realm number.
I’ve seen the opposite as well.
E.g. realm87 and 89:
87 for Montana and Eva became 89 for Flint and Flame but it is the physicaly the same.
Montana and Eva’s number is still 87 but they left (maybe temporarily)
Realm numbers have nothing to do with time zones. It is just they fucked it up with realms12, 22 and 34. They were never able to assign the right and same timezone to all of them

I understand the realms can be friends without it.
They can do e-fucking (fucking through internet)
E.g. Nari doesn’t masturbate on chaturbate (or equivalent). She fucks with a friend at UTC -5.

Friends apartment means that they are friends of them and sometimes visit each other. Nothing to do with having sex with each other 
Pretty sure this country that these apartments are in don’t change their clocks to observe DST so they should all be +3 GMT
They do change their clocks that is why they should normally be GMT+2 and now GMT+3
