Could it be that she just had some kind of accident, sport, vehicular, or a fall?
Possibly they just look extremely similar to the bear bite marks I saw on a guy about 30 years ago, his leg was damn near removed by a bear in Canada. Because so much muscle and tissue was removed it left divots like the ones she has.

Unfortunately, many of these are how do I say it politely. Ladies who give sex for money are mentally ill and hurt themselves because they probably have a reduced sense of worth - not being loved. But yes, your description can also fit.

And here is the irony. The seizure happened while she was smoking. The first thing she did after she was up was to go back and finish the cigarette she had. I don’t smoke, and I’m not a doctor so I don’t know if smoking has any effect in seizures of this nature, but I think common sense would tell you to stop for a while, at least until you feel better. IMO
