in my opinion there is no secret room it is you who blunder …
If you say so pal but Henry has shown us a photo of the secret room although it was heavily disguised to show just a storeroom 
Well when you look at every room and no one is visible even in the loggia and there are 5 people you wonder. Henry has shown pictures of the “secret” room. The shoe count in the hall has not gone down. There are 3 places they could not be seen other than the secret room. Behind the refrigerator, Hallway between the bedroom and bath and around the corner in the entry hall. Then all of a sudden they are back.
