On this page scroll up and you can read why the apartment is offline. 
It can usually be found in the list of apartments at the bottom left.
For God’s sake man it’s offline that’s why you can’t see it. Read this forums posts if you want to know why.

Let save you the next 4 hours of searching. They had a party, Henry got beyond _____, mad a ass of of himself and now he’s fighting with Mira!!!

Yeah maybe though his English seemed very fluent, translators don’t often work so good but yeah understand where you are coming from
