You need to play with the settings with the windows inbuilt software as it’s not so simple to use for the novice and to be honest, I would stick with TinyTake as it is simple to use.

Plus not all soundcards capture the computer’s internal audio, so it does depend on that as well.

Can’t imagine anything simpler and more effective than Bandicam, I use it and it works well. If you want there are various settings and shortcuts you can adjust if you so wish.
