They live in that place for long time now. Never any problems with neighbors or landlord when they do loud parties. So I can understand them keeping the place.

It’s amazing that they don’t get any complaints. The apartment must have extra thick walls or they have the manger on the books. If I was their up or downstairs neighbors I would be s__tting my pants w/ all the loud parties they have that go until dawn.
