Well this is a mistake. Theyâre happy. On the contrary, they are now in happy life period.

Where in which court in which country is the âdefamationâ heard? 
Poland (defendant)
Russia (according to the defense lawyer sits the âvictimâ)

or do we take USA because they come from there as a lawyer?
To be clear, nobody has claimed that any defamation charges should be brought in a court of law.

I am not a lawyer or an international or internet law expert. However, the jurisdictional questions that you raise are good ones if this was a legal case (which it isnât). It would seem to me that Poland, Russia, or England all appear to be reasonable possibilities if their courts permitted such a claim.
Beyond the jurisdictional issue, defamation claims usually have four requirements in the United States (all must be proven):
- That someone made a false statement of purported âfactâ about someone else
- That the false statement of purported âfactâ was made (âpublishedâ) to a third party (the medium of transmission becomes a granular issue)
- That the person who made the statement did so negligently, recklessly, or intentionally
- That as a result of the false statement of purported âfactâ, the victimâs reputation was damaged.
