I wouldn’t call it a surfboard.
It is formed like a pin, pyramid or whatever underneath, and by balancing you try to get the metal-ball into the center.
For some it’s a toy, but it’s also used in physio-therapy to train the sense of balance.
TJIK had one similar to this one in the living-room, if not the same one.. It looks funnier the more vodka beforehand.
