if there are isp issue, there are no viewers, does this mean that there is no money for them?

sorry but in the apartments of the participants the internet is installed with the optical fiber system or the classic ADSL that was used once …
Their phones would be offline, so they know about this

I have optical fiber at home and in 3 years I have never had problems when instead I had the ADSL I always had problems …
Unlimited phone data plan is pretty standard no??
in fact it has nothing to do with it
But surely it is a completely different system from the computer feed?
I always connect my phone to local WIFI, to save money on phone service.
