There was one person that accused me of this yes. If you follow my messages with that person you will see that the one quote, he accused me of using out of context was a mistake by me which I admitted to. We agreed my other quotes were not out of context. I use quotes by a person as proof of what the individual said and nothing more.
That still does not change my question.
