Yep, its really perplexing as she looks good and dresses suggestive of sexual intent - but nothing happens. Can only reiterate that it is noticeable that Lilo is quite f___eful when it comes to having sex with other women but although she flirts and fondles with Debbie, she never pushes for more. Odd!
