The problem is (and Iām not just talking about Russia) that not enough money or resources are allocated to maintain or improve infrastruture, water quality and alike.
They will have a war to pay for soon.

They do have slightly yellow tap water, but itās nowhere near that bad. This water is coloured from the soap.
Yeah, I do remember someone using bubble bath and the water turned a shade of yellow, but certainly not this dark. Maybe Mikl was just particularly dirty, given all the places he has been lately!
