Media (Images, videos) in older topics no longer work

I jsut noticed that in older archived apartment topics the Media are no longer loading. I at first noticed it here

But this topic for example has the same problem:

I seen this yesterday on the Aora and Izzy topic pics posted a day or two ago were not showing up.

Old photos not loading for me either

Just noted that many pictures are ether showing with the little broken icon on the top left of the picture. That or if a picture does show up when you click it it says “the image could not be loaded”. Though it might be me at 1st so I rebooted, then saw this thread.

Well, going to wait to look at the forum later. Have to go out in a little while anyhow. Hopefully it will be sorted out when I get back later today.

I have no idea when business hours are… generally speaking are they North American or European?

It means Monday to Friday.

I just see in the art contest in different posts, several pics are not shown, but they are loading when i click on the pics.
In some posts with 2 pics one is visible and one not.
After a few minutes some pics are shown now and others do not load anymore when i click them. Also the vodeo does not loed.

Let’s wait for the tech team to solve it. As the media occassionally loads it shows it is not lost. It is most likely just a configuration problem :hugs:

Thank you.yes, I figured it would be Monday to Friday. But of course I wasn’t sure if it was Europe time or this side of the big pond time :wink: . Once again, thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

All the videos and pictures are playing and loading just fine for me on he forum now. :smiley: .
