I don’t know if it’s like au gratin at the end … the majo that I use here dissolves in oil and flaked egg when it’s warm. I would like to test it, but I suspect that the majo there is something different than what I get here, so the result would not be the same. so i leave it, otherwise it would be a waste of the rest of the ingredients
