I’m confused - did Alya leave and then come back to visit? If she left, why didn’t she take all of her personal stuff from her room? And I presume that’s her s___ping in her bed, unless she has an identical twin sister with a different name. 
She’ll be a guest, but she’ll leave all of her personal stuff in her room? That’s weird.

Why ? It’s just speculation, it doesn’t hurt anyone. and what kind of proof do you want ? b___d test result or ultrasound report ? 
Maybe - I don’t know about the “swollen breasts”, they don’t look any more swollen than they were before, but the “bump” could be a sign - and yes, if true it might explain the crying and moodiness, and possibly even the long absence recently. Hmmmmm …
