If you say so. Same to you, thanks me later when you’ll figure out. Cabbage rolls dish is not a rare and unknown dish. I did not expect that I would have to emphasize on the fact that it is a well know dish and I have been eating this dish since as long as I remember until I found this way of cooking it. It is not a cabbage stew. it’s 100% cabbage rolls but chopped and cooked this way. it’s better than the rolls for those reasons. Instead of having a dry piece of meat and a water like tomato sauce (yes I am exaggerating… make it dryer and wetter) you get a an original mixing of flavors, coupled with a tenderer and juicer meat.
Just try it once. same recipe but different preparation.

Cabbage has a strong smell indeed. what I can’t stand is beets. it has a strong damp swamp smell.
