But in my humble opinion it is too small to receive many visitors.

The question now is whether Dennis is only “visiting” or also “moving” … According to Flora, they have moved to another city … 
Officially, there is still Eleanor, who shares a flat with Dennis.

According to official reports, “Dennis and Eleanor” is moving … Flora is the only tenant living in this flat. 
That’s why I ask whether Dennis has a similar “guest status” as Isidor in another flat.
