Looking thru the apartment, i found this room which seems to be a wardrobe with cam (useless in my opinion)
But not 2 cams in the bathroom 
and wondering if @Flora might instal another cam or move the one from the wardrobe into the bathroom

Well now really we must find out, now that I know I am not the only one not knowing the answer.
As I said originally, someone DID try their best to explain it to me a while ago but it still left me somewhat perplexed!
