There are some quests who will come and stay for a bit like Jorge,Croocke, the new girl Lola also stayed for a while . the core group mostly stays the same but some people will pop in and out to mix it up once in a while and stay for a few days.
Summer is coming up as well and allegedly they have or are getting a pool. And outside cameras are being added. So maybe more friends will be willing to make the trip then once the weather is nice because as @jabbath1987 said the house is pretty far away from the closest major city.
