By the way they are gather around Joanna, it looks as if she had another episode like before and is slow coming out of it. I hope she is getting treatment for it and taking care of herself.

An automated message is sent by system based on certain rules for your message. For example, if you write “reset password” it might automatically send you a reset link - even if you said “reset password link doesn’t work” (which would be kinda dumb).
A canned response is sent by a real person. It’s a pre-written message, but we read what you said and if it’s not specific (for example, info was further addressed), send it. If we typed the same thing manually, it would be the same

Yes, she has some form of epilepsy, I remember she had an attack like this before when Y/R still had their own realm.
