let me give my opinion: It sounds good but it may cause some chaos to get the topics apart again if there is a relocation or so. I do not think the situation willl be so much different as it was when they visited each other all the time while living in the centre of the city…

Nearly 8 years ago in 2017 there was a similiar project. Three (smaller) houses around an outside area. They were devided into realm1, realm2, realm8 with realm4 being the outside area.
So it is not the first attempt but for sure a very big one since many years.

Will there be a pool appearing at any point, in either of the apartments (or rather, outside of them)?
