Yup, you are spot on. Evidence is pretty obvious, I’ve stated 2 main reasons which he brought forward which have been disproven already. There’s currently ~5 other realms in their country functioning just fine and realms have received support in weekends.
But its fine, if you guys want to get “worked” by them, go ahead and do so. I wonder how many of you guys still feel this way if the realm is still offline in 2 weeks.
We all have bad days, I certainly understand that so worries there, my friend. I know this issue hasn’t helped matters in THAT regard but we do seem (and I say this tentatively) to be heading in the right direction I think, at least with one of the two apartments!

When trying to troubleshoot problems like this it can be a number of factors that are causing issues. The things that stand out to me are:
- Trying to cram a large number of HD camera feeds down one upload stream and then distribute it globally to hundreds if not thousands of viewers.
- Possible firmware and hardware issues with ISP or even commercially bought routers.
- VPN upstream and decoding issues.
- ISP policies related to VPN use.
- Possible infrastructure or cable issues.
The list goes on and I’m by no means an expert.
Just because the support team have said they think it’s issue A doesn’t mean it can’t be issue A and B at the same time. They just might not realize it’s issue B as well until issue A is ruled out.
I’m sure this situation sucks for all parties involved. VHTV included.
It does look like there’s hope though as the other house is working fine again.

In every company I have worked for, their I.T. dept. has worked on the principles of trial and error. As you rightly say, there can be so many factors that can cause this.

So now the problem is the amount of camera’s? Lol, that makes reason # 6. Wasn’t the issue the ISP policies in their country? The realm next door has pretty much the same amount of camera’s aswell. 
I guess ISP policies differ from door to door in this country.

The relam next door has 10 more cameras then this one. And the house is much bigger.
Please save yourself some energy as you’re not makingi the points you think you’re making and are coming across very rude and abrasive.
whatever answers you are looking for you are not going to get as both someone on the project team and someone with a relationship with the people in the house have answered your questions multiple times in many different ways and it seems like you do not accept those answers so for your own mental health maybe just accept you won’t get the answer you want.

It’s like asking why 24 people eat more pizza than 14.
Each camera “eats” internet. More cameras = more eating.
24 cameras obviously use more internet than 14. What is enough for realm61, isn’t for realm41. Hope this helps.
