I think they did not launch any rockets to space for several days by now
Edit: I asked them. Confirmed no rocket launches from the property the last two weeks.

So it must be a faulty cable going in to the property and not a vpn issue ?
If I understood right there are two options: (Again do not shoot the messenger) 
- The ISP guys can fix the problem with the router(s) provided by the company.
- If that is not possible different equipment has already been ordered where a custom f.irmware can get flashed by VHTV and used
And a relocation is not an option. The property is rented for long term.

No. The provided routers of the ISP (the f.irmware there) are the problem if I understood right.

The reason for all the trouble is that special equipment is needed (Well other equipment as used in other apartments) as a lot of bandwidth is needed for hosting three places from one property. We speak about 50+ cameras when everything is completed.

I can assure you that they do everything they can to finish that process as fast as possible.
But if it gets done right now we will have stable streaming on three places all summer long (Greetings to Kid Rock )
So I think the waiting will be worth it.
