If that’s not a 3D tattoo designed to look like an open wound, it needs stitches IMMEDIATELY , an antibiotic cream and a bandage changed daily, and possibly an oral antibiotic, as well.
That’s a dangerous wound to be left open like that. It’s not something you want to ignore or play around with.
If left untreated and unstitched, it can can cause a LOT of problems in the VERY near future.
You definitely do not want that to get infected.
