Well it would be a start to install the cams with good viewing angles and not wait weeks to fix everything. This is just lazy and sloppy work from manager.

The day VH will implement some kind of self quality control before get places open, half (at least) of that problems won’t happen. But with all the polices they have on this forum, some of them doing convenient tickets regulated by their agenda or managers, they don’t need to bother with quality.
There are cams that needs to be cleaned/replaced for many weeks

Well, it’s one thing when cameras aren’t mounted properly and they fall off the wall. But it’s a different matter when the cameras are willfully blocked by the participants and guests. As far as I know, this has always resulted in a fine.

That was my point earlier when i was asking kaya there has been a constant covering or moving of the bathroom camera and what was the point of contacting support when the next day it will happen all over again. It’s pointless.

My advice
 stop doing them related to cams/covering. Whatever they are frequent or not. VH by themselves have to be the only responsibles for that
Tickets are used for some to get an easy way to hurt some managers financially and then in other places tenants/managers are contacted directly to avoid contact/fines by VH
The game isn’t played by the same rules by everybody and that’s quite bad.
