It was mentioned that they taped the signs before pulling into the yard so i doubt they would put them on. Although why they all needed to get back into the car unless they had a longer distance away from the house.
Best way to stop the neighbours from complaining about the noise is to invite them in to all the parties. I certainly wouldn’t complain if VHTV opened an apartment next door to mine as long as I was invited to the parties!
