i told support that but they said they will only put it offline when its unwatchable well to me it is unwatchable

And how can they be so lazy to not finally fix the pool with a water filter and pump? What is the point of having a pool when you can use it for two days and then the water turns green and nobody can swim anymore in it ? @Ken

But I believe the two furrys are having more fun even getting dragged across the floor with the cables 
But aint the anti cloro and algy stuff to add on the water. I had i pool and had to bye that even to clear the water. The water pump if im not rong the only thing it does it gets stuff like hair,leaves etc off the water but not solves the algy problem.
