They have issues with their internet service provider. We already contacted ISP in order to resolve that issue, but from now it doesn’t depend on us.

Why VH not turn off the apartment for “ISP problems” like they do with other ones? If aparment is offline they not make money, so they try fast to fix the problem. 
i dont get these people they get a big place, add a pool and name the place “lust house” and they do nothing but sit around looking bored and its not just ken its all of them yet when they were at sergios old place the parties they had were incredible
